12,000 pound D-Rings are welded to each corner of every Mastercure. Moving the box via crane to another part of the jobsite is easy and safe.
strong steel base
3x4 steel resting blocks keep Mastercure firmly in place so that samples are not easily disturbed. It can be moved via forklift, SkyTrak, or pallet-jack from all four sides.
Many small curing boxes are easy to open and mess with. Plastic coolers especially invite unwanted attention. Make sure no one disturbs your critical samples by locking out everyone except designated personnel.

Concrete samples can be difficult to place into chest-freezer-type curing boxes, risking injury with repeated, awkward lifting. Mastercure is designed to be easy to fill and empty with a well designed height and an easy access panel.
Mastercure's controller is easily set to the desired curing temperature. The current temperature is displayed meeting ASTM C31 requirements.
powerful cooling & heating
A 5000 BTU unit quickly reduces air temperature to spec when hot samples are firing and a 1300 watt heater keeps things steady with extremely cold environments. All air inside the unit is recycled ever 45 seconds!
ASTM C31 requires all curing boxes to be level to ensure proper curing. Mastercure makes it easy with an easy-to-see, integrated level, permanently mounted to the corner.
secure door hinge
Mastercure's hinged door stays open in a secure position while samples are accessed or conditions are checked. A quick pull releases the door for easy closing. Many chest-freezer type boxes have doors that are easily moved and often damaged by the wind.
