IntelliRock® Concrete Sensors - Buy, Sell, Trade

IntelliRock® was invented in 2002 and changed the way concrete temperature and concrete maturity was monitored. Prior to intelliRock, thermocouple based systems were generally used which had two major issues. First, the "black box" datalogging computers were expensive, and located outside of the concrete where the boxes could be easily damaged or stolen. Second, if a thermocouple ever became disconnected or damaged, that data was forever lost. Also, if concrete maturity was being calculated, the calculation could not be continued and data from that location could be rendered useless.
IntelliRock changed all of that. The intelliRock system used tiny computers which were permanently embedded in the concrete where they couldn't be damaged or stolen. Worst case, the wires could be damaged at the surface of the concrete but the data were usually recoverable by attaching additional wire onto the broken leads.
The intelliRock product line went through several generations. IntelliRock 1 was a simple datalogger that gave real-time readings. IntelliRock II was a second generation product that allowed data to be downloaded to a PC, and later to the cloud using external radio systems. IntelliRock III was relatively short-lived, but added a thermal camera to the data reader for evaluating the surface temperature of materials.
Unfortunately, this product who's lifetime spanned almost two decades has been discontinued. This means IntelliRock equipment, such as loggers, are difficult to obtain, and direct support is unlikely.

Fortunately, the original inventors of the intelliRock system are here to help intellirock users in a few ways:
